Client Situation

One of the most recognised B2C eCommerce brands in South America, our client had great expansion and diversificationplans. However, due to various staff movements, our client had lost all knowledge on two of their key revenue generating (butnow legacy) products. This was proving to be a challenge as the in-house team were spending a substantial amount of timenursing the legacy platforms as opposed to support the diversification and expansion ambition. Furthermore, they were unableto remediate the legacy products as the path to production was broken and no one knew how to fix it.
