Client Situation
Our client are a challenger start up in the Project Management arena. They had embarked on launching a project tracking SaaS solution that would be commercialised in the B2B segment. Our client ran into numerous challenges with the inhouse team (quality issues, lack of progress, staff churn to name a few) which was making the investors very nervous to the point that they were likely to lose the investors.
What Conso4s did?
Conso4s started off by supplementing their inhouse team which provided a level of stability and progress, but the investor ambition was to go faster.
A final decision was made to move all the technical delivery to Conso4s. Conso4s within 16 weeks of the decision being made got the product to Alpha release
