Client Situation

Our client is in the VOIP telecoms industry with a global footprint. They service their clients via their customer platform w hic h is their crown jewel. Having entrusted their customer platform with another supplier, they found themselves in a bad position as the platform started suffering from stability issues and nearly all feature releases had bugs. As a result of the issues, our client started losing customers.

What Conso4s did?

Conso4s (without any handovers), took control of the platform, migrated it to Azure, upgraded and secured theplatform. Conso4s further fixed the challenges with customer experience by revamping the UX/UI in conjunctionwith the client.

Post which, Conso4s have taken full accountability of the platform (keeping it maintained, patched up secure andoperational to agreed SLAs). Furthermore, a feature roadmap was created against which Conso4s continues todeliver on time, with quality and within budget.
